From installation
to global leadership
I started on-site as an installation technician, working under real-world constraints, tight timelines, and demanding conditions. I then moved into production and project management, where feasibility, budgets, and coordination define success. Today, I operate in global sales and executive roles, aligning creative vision with commercial and technical reality.
This background allows me to speak the language of designers, architects, fabricators, installers, and owners, and to connect them into one functional process.

In 2026 I co-founded MIRA, a studio specializing in bespoke illuminated installations — designed, engineered, and handcrafted in the Czech Republic, delivered worldwide.
As Head of Partnerships, I'm the first call for designers and architects who have an ambitious idea and need someone who can honestly tell them how to make it real.
